Winter School "Responsible Innovators of Tomorrow"
The Winter School, offered in cooperation with the Honors College at RWTH Aachen University, focuses on the content of the Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) "Responsible Innovators of Tomorrow" coordinated by the RRI Hub and developed within the ENHANCE Alliance. Students are given the unique opportunity to work in interdisciplinary teams to develop socially innovative solutions to current challenges in the context of digitalization and artificial intelligence.
Content
Within the framework of the program, the feasibility of these approaches and their contribution to the achievement of the SDGs will be actively and practically elaborated; sometimes in cooperation with external case providers, such as NGOs or start-ups. At the end of the Winter School, the students present challenges and their reflections on feasibility and impact in a pitch. In addition to the participants of the Winter School, interested students and citizens of the city of Aachen are invited to attend. The Winter School will conclude with a joint reflection on the skills and competencies needed by tomorrow's responsible designers and how they can contribute to achieving the 17 SDGs.
